The administration kindly asks you to follow these instructions:

1. Session Time:

   • Each session is 2 hours long, and the number of sessions is fixed.
   • If the student is late or absent, that time will be deducted and not made up.

2. Make-up Sessions:

   • If a student misses a session, they can book a make-up for 150 EGP (online or in-person).
   • For English courses, the price depends on the student’s level.

3. Monthly Fees:

   • If a student attends part of the month, no refunds are allowed for missed sessions.

4. Online Requirements:

   • Internet speed must be at least 2 Mbps.
   • The student must use a laptop or desktop for better eye safety.

5. Curriculum Rights:

   • The “Mental Power” program and books are registered under Sara Gamal, the program’s founder.
   • Sharing or copying the books without permission will lead to legal action.

6. Payment Rules:

   • Monthly fees should be paid after the 4th session and before the 1st session of the next month.
   • If payment is late after the 2nd session, a 50 EGP late fee will be added.

7. Homework:

   • To improve skills, students must do daily homework for at least 10 minutes or 3 days a week.
   • Homework should be sent to the WhatsApp group for correction and feedback.
